“Ph. Zeyad Elgamal has more than 15 years of combined experience in healthcare management, education, and pharmaceutical industry. Graduated from the school of pharmacy Alexandria University year 2002 with Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences. He worked at Johnson & Johnson Saudi Arabia for 5 years before he moved to Canada in 2009 to start a new career. Ph. Zeyad quickly moved to management position as manager/ Owner for a franchise at Shoppers Drug Mart retail pharmacy. He also became a Certified Diabetes Educator certification (CDE), Additional Prescribing Authority (APA) in the province of Alberta, Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and topped it up with Doctorate in pharmacy degree from University of Colorado Denver.

Since October 2016, he is working as a a lead clinical staff pharmacist at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi  & achieved the certificate of Strategic management from Harvard University.

Ph. Zeyad will dive deeply about the essential knowledge that pharmacists should acquire to consult their patients about fasting in Ramadan and how to guide them about safe nutrition
